SAFE-T System provides 24/7/365 phone line support and next day on-site support for contractual customers and hospital partners.

Service Level Agreement

This is a Service Level Agreement (SLA) between [Customer] and SAFE-T System. It outlines the services required and the expected service levels. These services are provided to customers during their contractual agreement with SAFE-T System term. Support services include software and hardware support. 

Support services are primarily provided via phone call but can also be provided via email, video conferencing, and on-site visits.  

  1. SAFE-T System maintains 24/7 support coverage via phone call. 
  1. For hospital partners in Pennsylvania, SAFE-T System has next day on-site support for issues that can’t be resolved via phone or require hardware replacement.
